You canm Alternatively Download IPTV Smarters Player Lite from Google Play Store.

Doing this will open a Media Fire Page, Download and Install the IPTV Smarters APK File.

Once downloaded, Install the app. Once Installed, Open the app.

Enter given User Name, Password & Server Url & Click on Add User.
